Train your mind in five minutes a day.

The 5-Day Calm Mind Journey

Five days, five Calm Mind Prime Protocols, in an order that builds: untangle your thoughts, contain worry, let go, soften the inner critic, then come back to the present.

Each day: open the protocol, read the Prime Affirmations aloud, do the action, answer the reflection. About 10 to 20 minutes a day.

DAY1

Stop Overthinking

Replaying conversations, circling decisions, feeling more stuck than when you started.

Action: Write everything you're overthinking for 10 minutes, circle the one thing you can act on, and take its next step today.

Reflect: What is one thought you can choose to let rest tonight?

DAY2

Worry Less

Worry tries to protect you by imagining everything that could go wrong.

Action: Set a 15-minute 'worry window' for later today. Until then, jot worries down and tell them: not now.

Reflect: How many of today's worries still felt important by your worry window?

DAY3

Let It Go

Some days you carry things you can't change.

Action: Split what's on your mind into 'In my control' and 'Not in my control'. Let go of the second list out loud, and act on one thing from the first.

Reflect: Which worry felt lighter once you named it as outside your control?

DAY4

Quiet the Inner Critic

That voice that says you're not good enough can be relentless.

Action: Write down one harsh thing your inner critic said, rewrite it as you'd say it to a friend, and read the kinder version aloud twice.

Reflect: Where could you use that kinder voice tomorrow?

Open Day 4 protocol
DAY5

Present Moment

It's easy to spend the whole day replaying yesterday or rehearsing tomorrow.

Action: Three times today, do the 5-4-3-2-1 check (see, feel, hear, smell, taste), then take one slow breath.

Reflect: When did you feel most present today?
